YOUR DRIVER WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU:
Please kindly check that your booking details below are correct, particularly your ARRIVAL DATE AND TIME and inform us of any mistake by replying to this email. Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals lounge of Malaga Airport (Terminal 3), holding a A4 paper with your passenger name, so that you can easily see him.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL TIME:
Please make sure that the time you have given us is your actual flight arrival time, precisely the official landing time, not when you foresee to meet us after customs and baggage reclaim. Your actual flight arrival time is necessary so that we can monitor your flight along with your flight number. If you have not given us the actual flight arrival time, please reply to this email and let us know. Thank you!
PAYMENT: Payment is made in cash to your driver in Euros (€).
ARRIVALS AND DELAYS:
During busy periods at Malaga Airport there are often many drivers picking up travelers, so we kindly ask you to take a moment to carefully look for the sign with your lead passenger name in order to identify your driver. If your flight arrives EARLY, just wait until your agreed pick-up time, but it is possible that your driver is already there! On the contrary, if your flight has even long DELAYS you dont have to worry, we will be able to meet and greet you at your arrival. We constantly monitor flight details on the AENA (the Spanish company managing the whole flight traffic) website, so that we are informed of any delays in real time!

YOUR TRANSFER BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US.
This email is sent within a few hours of making your booking request, during our normal office working hours, Mon to Sat 08.30 amto 01.00 pm & 03.00 pm to 07.00 pm, Sundays: 09.00 am to 01.00 pm, if you do not receive a booking confirmation from one of our staff members within a couple of hours may we kindly ask you to call our contact number 0034 622669080 so that we can verify we have received your booking.
